2025 Hawaiʻi Nei YOUTH Entry Form

Use one entry form per piece. Aleysia Kaha will be jurying youth divisions. All entries are due by Oct. 10th. Jurying will take place on Oct. 11th. Accepted artwork drop off dates: Kona Frame Shop parking lot on Friday Oct. 31, at 10:00am or the Wailoa Center on Saturday, Nov 1 between 10:00am – 2:00pm. Entry Fee: FREE for youth under 18.

- I hereby grant the Hawai‘i Nei collaborators permission to photograph my entry. I understand that these photos may be used to promote future Hawai’i Nei programs. I also understand that these photos may not be used to produce items intended for profit without my permission.
Artwork Information
Where will accepted artwork be dropped off? * Required
- Kona – Kona Frame Shop parking lot (Fri. Oct 31 at 10:00am)
- Hilo – Wailoa Center (Sat. Nov 1 from 10:00am-2:00pm)
Kona Note: * Required
- All Kona entries must be submitted in cardboard envelopes that will protect the piece during transport to Hilo. All art must be able to be easily removed from protective cardboard envelope for review.

Minimum sale price is $20. Youth pieces are NOT required to be for sale (enter $0). Commission: 60% artist, 40% to native species protection and environmental education activities.
